About team cards

How are team cards different from five Gold cards?

Gold is five cards belonging to one person. A team account is one design applied across many people, each carrying their own name, title, number and email, with an administrator who manages the set rather than each person managing their own.

Who can edit the cards?

The administrator. That is the point of it: the company design stays the company design, and an employee cannot quietly change the logo, the colors or the job title on a card that represents the business.

What happens when someone joins or leaves?

A new starter is added and has a working card the same day, with the same design as everyone else. When someone leaves, their card is removed, and the link and QR code they handed out stop showing the company.

How many people can we have?

There is no seat limit on team accounts. Tell us roughly how many people you have and we will set it up.

How do we pay for it?

Team accounts are arranged and billed through us on the web rather than through the App Store or Google Play, because the account is managed centrally rather than bought per person on a phone.

Do our employees need to install the app?

They can use the app or the web app, whichever suits. Nobody they hand a card to needs anything at all: the card opens in a browser.

Can each person still have a personal card?

Yes. The company card is managed by the administrator; a personal card belongs to the individual and goes with them.

How do we get started?
