What is included in the free plan?

The free plan includes one business or personal card, limited customization and unlimited sharing. Photo galleries, intro videos and social media icons require a paid plan. Paid plans also add more cards and full customization.

Where can I see the exact subscription price?

Open Subscriptions in the eBiz app or web app. Check the price, currency, billing period, any offer eligibility and renewal terms shown for your account before confirming a purchase. Prices and offers can differ by platform.

How do photo and video allowances work?

Bronze includes three gallery photos and one intro video per card, but not gallery videos. Gallery videos begin with Silver. Silver allows ten photos and videos combined per card; Gold allows twenty combined per card. The Silver and Gold gallery limits are shared totals, not separate photo and video allowances.

Do people pay to view my card?

No. Recipients can open your public card in their browser without buying a plan or downloading eBiz.

What if I already have a paid subscription?

Sign in with the account you used for your subscription. Manage an App Store or Google Play purchase through that store. For help changing an existing web subscription, contact eBiz support before starting another subscription.
