How to make a digital business card people can actually use.

Open eBiz and create your first card

Choose the iOS app, Android app or browser version on the download page. Create your account or sign in, then select Create your first card or Create business card from the home screen.

Choose Business card for your work identity. Use the name people know you by, followed by a useful role or business name. “Residential electrician” explains more than “Owner” alone. If you use a professional prefix, select it; otherwise leave it as None.

Choose a style, then keep the text readable

Browse the Card style choices and watch the preview. Start with a simple background that gives your name and contact details enough contrast. Use your profile photo for recognition and your logo for the business; they have different jobs.

If your artwork is busy, avoid placing small text over its most detailed area. Check the preview at phone size, where a long company name or an intricate logo can become hard to read. Our digital business card examples show ways different professions can organize their information.

Give people a clear way to contact you

Add your work email, phone number and website, then the social profiles relevant to your business. Copy the full website or profile address, including https://, when a field asks for a link. Use a business number you are comfortable sharing publicly.

You do not need every social account on your first card. A photographer might prioritize a portfolio and inquiry link; a consultant might choose a website and scheduling page. Remove unused fields instead of filling them with placeholders.

Add photos, video and supporting content

Select Preview card, review the result, then choose Create card. Once it is saved, reopen Edit to use Add profile images. This gallery belongs near the main card. Choose a small set of distinct images that explain your work, rather than several near-identical shots.

The editor also has Add a profile video. Make an introduction easy to understand without relying on sound alone. To add other material, open View Card, choose Edit Card Content and tap Add. Available content includes text, photos, video, a map and a QR code. Drag the content handles to arrange the rows, then use Return to card view.

Open your shared link before sending it widely

Use Share on your saved card and send the link to yourself. Open it in a browser where you are signed out. Check your name, logo, image gallery and contact details. Tap every website and social link, play the video and check that your contact download contains the right information.
